Returns Policy
Normal Non-Required Returns
We will refund an item or order if you are not completely satisfied with it provided it is returned to us in its original, unopened packaging with all the accessories and instructions.
To return an item, you will need to contact us within 14 days (10 working days) of receiving the item. If you contact us more than 14 days after delivery, we may be able to accept the goods back, but not at full credit value.
Due to health and safety reasons we are unable to offer refunds on food or drink items including biscuits, chocolates, coffee and water.
You can benefit from free returns for our trade customers, however please note certain products may incur restock charges or may be non-returnable, we will make you aware of any charges when you contact us to raise your return.
Once the return has been collected and processed a credit will be issued on your account, this can take 5-7 working days.

Damaged on Delivery or Picking Error Returns
If you receive an order that is either damaged on delivery or is a picking error (i.e. you recevied a different product from what was ordered), please contact us within 3 working days.
Queries reported past the 3 working day period may be rejected, although we will endeavour to help where possible.
When sending us a request, please attach images of the damage and/or the incorrect product(s) you have received, by default we will raise a collection for the product and send out a new replacement at the same time.
If you do not wish for a replacement to be send out and require a credit only, please clearly state this in your request.

Faulty Returns
If you have any products that are faulty we provide a 12 month warranty period on all goods.
Please send images and a detailed description of the fault to us and we will log a request on our side.
Either the warranty will fall onto us, or occasionally directly with the manufacturer in which case we would provide you a contact number/email and you will be able to log a case directly with them.
Certain products will also have a extended 2 year warranty offered by the manufacturer, please reach out to enquire if this is the case.
With faulty returns you will be offered a like for like new replacement, or if one is not available a similar alternative.
